As part of their Windward Ave Series, American Cinematheque will be screening Mur Murs on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at 1:30pm at Los Feliz 3.
Upon her return to Los Angeles from France in 1979, Agnès Varda created this documentary about the murals that decorate the city of Los Angeles. Full of color and energy, Mur Murs is both an invigorating study of community and diversity, as well as an essential catalog of unusual public art.
