Presented by the Alliance Francaise in Puerto Rico and Museo de Arte in Puerto Rico in honor of the 250th anniversary of French-American relations, the event celebrates cultural exchange and cinematic collaboration on the silver screen.

Hollywood, 1927: As silent film star George Valentin wonders whether the arrival of talking pictures will cause him to fade into oblivion, he forms a bond with Peppy Miller, a young dancer on the rise. 
Winner of the Academy Award for Best Picture in 2012, The Artist is a heartfelt tribute to the magic of silent cinema. 

Free and open to the public.  

The film begins at sunset. Silent film with Spanish subtitles.

Presentado por la Alliance Française de Puerto Rico y el Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico en honor al 250.º aniversario de las relaciones franco-estadounidenses, el evento celebra el intercambio cultural y la colaboración cinematográfica en la gran pantalla.

Hollywood, 1927. George Valentin es una gran estrella del cine mudo a quien la vida le sonríe. Pero con la llegada del cine sonoro, su carrera corre peligro de quedar sepultada en el olvido. Por su parte, la joven actriz Peppy Miller, que empezó como extra al lado de Valentin, se convierte en una estrella del cine sonoro. 

Ganadora del Premio Óscar a la Mejor Película en 2012, The Artist es un emotivo homenaje a la magia del cine mudo. 

Entrada gratuita y abierta al público. 

La película comienza al atardecer. Película muda con subtítulos en español.
