The call for projects for the 2025–2027 season is open.
Viva Villa! is relaunching its co-production fund and opening a new call for projects for the 2025–2027 period. The fund is aimed at French cultural organizations (in metropolitan France and overseas) wishing to produce an artistic project that includes artists, creators, and researchers who have undertaken a residency abroad at one of the four founding residencies: Casa de Velázquez (Madrid), Villa Medici (Rome), Villa Kujoyama (Kyoto), and Villa Albertine (United States).
Following the selection, a dialogue will take place between the selected project leaders and the ¡Viva Villa! teams in order to present the project’s stages and, if necessary, adjust the project.

- Support contemporary transdisciplinary creation
- Highlight projects emerging from these residencies
- Encourage encounters between artists, disciplines, and audiences
Eligible Projects
- Must involve at least two ¡Viva Villa! artists from different residencies
- May take any form: exhibitions, performances, concerts, publications, etc.
- The cultural organization leading the project must co-finance at least 50% of the budget
