Come enjoy an evening of jazz where French and Chicago musicians meet, as The Bridge marks thirteen years of transatlantic exchange with its final performance, ConstelNation.

In partnership with Villa Albertine, the Alliance Française de Chicago hosts The Bridge for a performance titled ConstelNation as part of their final tour.

Created in 2013, The Bridge is an exchange program bringing together creative musicians from France and the United States, particularly Chicago, to perform on both sides of the Atlantic. Over thirteen years, the program has brought musicians together in newly formed quartets and quintets, creating opportunities for artistic exchange and collaboration across borders.

This final tour brings together Chicago artists Angel Bat Dawid and Nick Macri with French musicians Magic Malik, Toma Gouband, and Richard Comte. Together, the quintet explores flute, clarinet, guitar, double bass, and percussion, transforming familiar instruments through improvisation.

Following the concert, guests are invited to meet the musicians over a complimentary glass of French wine.
