Experience an extraordinary evening with internationally acclaimed pianist and composer Arsentiy Kharitonov.

Hailing from St. Petersburg, Russia, Arsentiy is first-prize winner of the Franz Liszt International Piano Competition (US) After also winning the Rachmaninoff Competition (Russian Federation), his career as a pianist has been taking him across the globe, with performances in prestigious venues such as Carnegie Hall and Frick Collection in New York City, the Philharmonic Hall, and the Mariinsky Theater in St. Petersburg, and other major halls in Europe and Asia. Critics have praised his performances for his sumptuous tone, technical mastery, broad dramatic range, and elegant phrasing, and have placed him in the top ranks of keyboard players today, while the New York Observer called his Carnegie Hall performance “one of the top six concerts of the season”.

Arsentiy, the composer, has garnered attention by winning the gold and 1st prize of the prestigious 2020 National Competition of Russian Composers along with a special prize of the Composers’ Union of Russia.   He has given concerts of only his works at the Tchaikovsky Museum and the Rachmaninoff House and at other venues   His violin concerto will be premiered later this March in the US while Arsentiy himself will be the soloist in the premiere of his piano concerto in June this year in Eastern Europe

Kharitonov’s recordings span a range of repertoire, including the complete piano oeuvre of Leo Ornstein and the chamber works of Robert Kahn. In addition to his career as a performer and composer, Kharitonov is also a teacher, and currently is based in Denton, Texas.
