Join Villa Albertine on February 11 for an exclusive conversation with Bénédicte Gady, director of the Musée des Arts Décoratifs, Anne Monier, curator of the landmark exhibition celebrating 100 years of Art Deco at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, alongside Roberta Nusim, president of the Art Deco Society, and Jared Goss, author of French Art Deco.
Together, they will revisit the museum’s groundbreaking 1925 Art Deco exhibition and its profound influence on the popularity of this iconic style.

Bénédicte Gady is the director of the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris. Bénédicte Gady is a distinguished curator and expert in decorative arts and Old Master drawings. With a career dedicated to preserving and interpreting historical collections, she has curated numerous exhibitions highlighting the richness and diversity of European craftsmanship.
Anne Monier is a curator at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs. Anne Monier specializes in the curation of landmark exhibitions. She is leading the upcoming Art Deco exhibition set to open in October, which delves into the global influence and legacy of this iconic movement.
Roberta Nussim is president of the Art Deco Society, and a passionate advocate for the preservation and celebration of Art Deco heritage worldwide. Through her leadership, the Society has fostered educational initiatives, international collaborations, and community events that bring attention to the enduring beauty and significance of Art Deco architecture, design, and culture.
Jared Goss is an independent scholar and former Associate Curator of Modern & Contemporary Art at The Metropolitan Museum of Art and a member of the Board of Directors of the Art Deco Society of New York. Goss is the author of French Art Deco.
