Palm Springs International Film Festival unveils its 2024 lineup!

The festival will take place from January 4 to 15, in Palm Springs, and will feature multiple French coproductions.
Every year in January since 1989, this festival champions American and international independent films. Historically, most of Best International Feature Film Academy Award winners have been featured in the Palm Springs International Film Festival.
This year, it will welcome the film which has been chosen to represent France for this award: The Taste of Things, by Trần Anh Hùng.
Six French productions will also be part of the Palm Springs Film Festival selection:
Chicken for Linda, by Charline Bourgeois-Tacquet
The Animal Kingdom, by Thomas Cailley
The Goldman Case, by Cédric Kahn
Les indésirables, by Ladj Ly
Mr. Blake At Your Service!, by Gilles Legardinier
Queendom, by Agniia Galdanova
This edition’s program will also include many French coproductions, such as About Dry Grass by Nuri Bilge Ceylan, Do Not Expect Too Much From The End Of The World by Radu Jude, Animalia by Sofia Alaoui, or Four Daughters by Kaouther Ben Hania. A Look Through His Lens, a documentary on Oscar-Winning Cinematographer Philippe Rousselot, is also scheduled with Philippe Rousselot in person!
