Food for Thought – Taste the World in Marseille
Collaborative Food Experimentation and Panel in celebration of the Taste the World in Marseille US Book Tour.
Villa Albertine San Francisco and Alliance Francaise Seattle invite you to join Food for Thought, a series that explores the intersection of food and politics through dialogue and cuisine.
A program of Villa Albertine San Francisco, in partnership with Abrams and Whale Wins, featuring author and filmmaker Vérane Frédiani, food reporter and translator Alexis Steinman, chefs Renee Erickson and Georgiana Viou.
This Food for Thought edition will focus on the recent release of the recipe book “Taste the World in Marseille” by Vérane Frédiani (published by Abrams), explored through a panel discussion and a special seafood diner designed by Chefs Renee Erickson and Georgiana Viou in collaboration.
Guests will be invited to discover dishes reflecting the identities of Marseille and Seattle.
During the event, a book signing and sales for “Taste the World in Marseille” will be facilitated by Abrams.
