The Théâtre Raymond Kabbaz (TRK) proudly presents the City of Immortals, a French interpretation of Día de los Muertos, celebrating life and the immortality of the arts. This new festival recalls the great artists buried in Paris’s Père-Lachaise cemetery, whose souls are still alive and mingling in the afterlife.

Adapted from Carolyn Campbell’s bestselling book City of Immortals, the festival pays tribute to the enduring masterworks of celebrated artists spanning the centuries and joined together in the afterlife—on-stage at Théâtre Raymond Kabbaz. Through photos, literature, music, dance, film, art, books, and food, the eclectic festival pays homage to Frédéric Chopin, Édith Piaf, Stéphane Grappelli, Colette, Jim Morrison, and many more names who long ago found fame through their artistic achievements and whose works live on today.

This event is a day-long festival that includes a screening of Forever by Heddy Honigmann (in French with English subtitles), a multi-artist performance including dance, literature, art, a photography exhibition, food and wine, and more!
