Villa Albertine is delighted to welcome acclaimed jazz vocalist Laura Anglade and her trio for an evening of timeless jazz as part of DC JazzFest. Blending refined musicianship with intimate storytelling, Laura Anglade offers fresh interpretations of the Great American Songbook.

About Laura Anglade
Born in France and now based in New York, Laura Anglade has established herself as one of the most compelling voices in contemporary jazz. Her 2025 album Get Out of Town was awarded Vocal Jazz Album of the Year at the 2026 JUNO Awards, further securing her place among today’s most exciting jazz artists.
Her expressive interpretations have captivated audiences on renowned stages including Paris’ Olympia, London’s Royal Festival Hall, New York’s Town Hall, and the Festival International de Jazz de Montréal. She has also reached wider audiences through performances on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and The Kelly Clarkson Show.
Accompanied by her trio, Laura Anglade brings elegance and authenticity to every performance.
About DC JazzFest
DC JazzFest is Washington, D.C.’s annual celebration of jazz, bringing together world-renowned musicians and rising stars for performances throughout the capital. Since its founding in 2005, the festival has showcased the diversity and vitality of jazz through concerts and community events, making it one of the leading jazz festivals in the United States.
Doors open at 6:30 pm. Due to strict security measures, please arrive on time, as doors will be closed at 7:30 pm sharp. Please allow for extra time for security screenings.
Security Rules: All guests will pass through security screening. For security reason umbrellas, large bags, backpacks, animals, liquids and food, blunt objects, helmets, and any other items deemed dangerous by the Embassy’s security staff are prohibited and will be subject to confiscation.

Parking: There is no on-site parking.
- Metered parking is available on Reservoir Road at $2.30/hour (max 4h until 10pm)
- Garage parking is available at Georgetown MedStar Health (Entrance #2, 2800 Reservoir Road NW), approx. $25 for up to 3 hours
