Congratulations to the French International Emmy Winners!

History

France counts two winners at the 50th Edition of the International Emmy Awards.

This year, France counted a record-breaking number of 8 French nominations at the 2022 International Emmy Awards. The ceremony took place on November 21 in New York City and Villa Albertine had the pleasure of hosting the nominated teams in its headquarters for a festive cocktail. 

– Enfants de Daech, les damnés de la guerre (Iraq’s Lost Generation), directed by Anne Poiret and produced by Cinétévé and France TV won the International Emmy for Documentary. 

– Lou de Laâge won the International Emmy for Best Performance by an Actress in Le Bal des Folles (The Mad Women’s Ball), directed by Mélanie Laurent and produced by Légende Films and Amazon Studios.
