A New XR Cooperation Lab Between Guadeloupe and Miami
By Jalalle Essalhi & Camille Jeanjean
Three Guadeloupean creators will benefit from an incubation program during the tenth edition of the FilmGate Interactive Media Festival (FGI X).
Ella Jacoby, Lucas Sousseing and Jeff Fidelin, three French creators from Guadeloupe, will embark to Miami for a week learning expedition with key industry players during FGI X.
They will benefit from the New Narratives Lab, a program of masterclasses, individual workshops, prototyping and mentoring at University of Miami, created by FilmGate Miami and coached by René Pinnel, CEO and founder of Artizen, a community fund for art, science, technology, and design. FilmGate Miami and Artizen have created a joint fund of $10,000 that will go towards the projects.
This program from Nouveaux Regards and Villa Albertine is supported by the Caribbean Mobility Fund.
