Six life stories<\/a>: D\u00e9sir\u00e9e, Lohan, Jonas, Fiona, Meredith and Amir, all affected by a strong emotional sensitivity. And Eve the dancer, omniscient catalyst who immerses the audience in these six stories. Through her choreography, Eve identifies and interprets these six states of consciousness in front of the audience: addiction, obsession, jealousy, anxiety, depression and paranoia. She then invites six volunteers from the audience to join her on stage. She equips them with virtual reality headsets with which they discover the story of one of these characters, each sharing the struggle with their disorder through their diary: the discovery of their difference; their powerlessness; then the encounter with a person who helps them to find their balance. In the room, Eve plays with the six participants in virtual reality, creating a twirling, liberating dance. In her performance, she interprets the six stories, also projected on a video screen, for the audience in the room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Margherita Bergamo Meneghini<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Margherita Bergamo Meneghini is a dancer, choreographer and researcher. She has a degree in Economics and Management of Arts and Cultural Activities from the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, a Master in Historical Culture and Communication from the UB in Barcelona (Spain) and a degree in Choreography from the Barcelona Conservatory of Dance. She worked with the dance companies Erre que erre and Les filles F\u00f6llen before founding Compagnie Voix in France, with which she develops a research in contemporary dance and virtual reality (The Ecstasy of Gold, Eve – dance is an unplaceable place, Eve 3.0). She is currently in the process of writing a doctoral thesis on body-based storytelling through digital media, affiliated to the Research unit Sc\u00e8nes du monde, EDESTA, University Paris 8, and to the PhD Program in Visual Performing and Media Arts, University of Bologna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Equipment required : Minimum conditions for setting up the VR tracking: architectural features of the venue, not uniform color in the venue (not all white or all black), need to have some contrasting textures \/ 12 chairs on the performative space + 2 tables for the technical set up \/ Power sockets for 1 computer and 6 VR helmets \/ Ideally 2 video projectors, and two surfaces to project on two complementary or opposite sides of the venue. \/ Laptop\/desktop computer needs to be located next to the Video and audio Mixing console. \/ The computer needs to have a high performance graphic card with a displayport or a mini displayport \/ Minimum 7, up to 12 Meta Quest 2 VR headsets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
