Exhibition in Los Angeles"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-9b733db8a3485f0029c4afb8ecacbedf\">The exhibition will highlight the savoir-faire of French companies in design, high-end decoration, and fine crafts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b1551ba2741ac36f62788a945de93f43\">A set designer will be selected to design an immersive and innovative exhibition that emphasizes materials, gestures, and creative processes from France, while engaging in dialogue with the local cultural ecosystem.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Project Description and Objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The set designer should:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Showcase the creativity and craftsmanship of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.institutfrancais.com\/fr\/programme\/aide-projet\/icc-immersion\/icc-immersion-etats-unis\">10 to 15 selected French companies<\/a> from the worlds of design, fine craftsmanship, and decorative arts (final selection in mid november) through an original set design that highlights the richness of their materials, forms, and techniques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create an immersive visitor experience, highlighting gestures, materials, and cultural transmission.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Propose and adapt the set to a suitable venue in Los Angeles (gallery, cultural center, hybrid venue, etc.), in line with the project\u2019s artistic vision, budget, and logistics.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>The exhibition will take place in late March 2026 (week 15 to 21 or 22 to 28), for a duration of two days, in addition to one day for installing and dismantling the set.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Application Process<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Read and complete the following document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div data-wp-interactive=\"core\/file\" class=\"wp-block-file\"><object data-wp-bind--hidden=\"!state.hasPdfPreview\" hidden class=\"wp-block-file__embed\" data=\"https:\/\/villa-albertine.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Call-for-Proposals-Set-Designer-ICC-Immersion-Los-Angeles-.pdf\" type=\"application\/pdf\" style=\"width:100%;height:600px\" aria-label=\"Embed of Call for Proposals - Set Designer ICC Immersion Los Angeles-.\"><\/object><a id=\"wp-block-file--media-ff75482e-fb5a-46dd-a138-6a7dda2b2c59\" href=\"https:\/\/villa-albertine.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Call-for-Proposals-Set-Designer-ICC-Immersion-Los-Angeles-.pdf\">Call for Proposals &#8211;
