Description<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Community Manager is responsible for creating content, planning, and managing Campus France USA&#8217;s social media channels, with the goal of ensuring these communities are active. They are responsible for the management and growth of the France Alumni USA network. They also devote a significant portion of their time to processing applications from American students wishing to travel to France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>II. Roles and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Communication<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Collaborate with the IFEU-VA Communications Department and with the French Embassy Press Office on global communications initiatives to ensure consistency and seamless integration of higher education-related topics across IFEU-VA networks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep website content up to date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Community Management<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A. <strong>Management of Campus France USA Social Media<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Outline and implement a digital strategy, in collaboration with the Director and Deputy Director of Campus France USA for CF USA communities (alumni, current students, institutional partners)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Produce content (text, images, and videos) for social media (primarily LinkedIn and Instagram at this time with the goal of adding TikTok)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outline, plan, and implement communication campaigns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize and participate in events to strengthen the community<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor digital technologies and social media<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:lower-alpha\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>B. Management of the France Alumni USA Network<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Outline and implement an engagement strategy for members of the France Alumni USA network or those listed in the Campus France USA database<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate this strategy with the France Alumni Paris team, as well as university <em>attach\u00e9s <\/em>and<em> charg\u00e9s de mission<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Write engaging content (texts, images, and videos)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote the France Alumni USA network to alumni of higher education programs in France and to former language assistants in France (TAPIF)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create a network of Alumni Ambassadors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>C. Data Analysis and Performance Indicator Tracking<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Define and track performance indicators on Google Analytics, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Campus France USA\u2019s website<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Participation in Campus France Activities<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A. Management of Application Files<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Processing of pre-consular applications for American students (or those residing in the US) applying for programs in France<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advice and support, telephone interviews, emails<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoring of applications on the <em>Etudes en<\/em> France platform<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support for DAP (L1) and HDAP (L2, L3, Master) candidates throughout the admissions cycle, as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>B. University Campus Visits<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Visits to American universities to promote studying in France to students, professors, and administration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>III.
