R\u00e9put\u00e9e pour son charme m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en et sa diversit\u00e9, Marseille reste m\u00e9connue dans le domaine de la gastronomie, bien qu&rsquo;elle soit \u00e0 l&rsquo;avant-garde de la cuisine fran\u00e7aise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement d\u00e9butera \u00e0 18h30 avec une discussion entre l\u2019autrice V\u00e9rane Fr\u00e9diani, la traductrice Alexis Steinman et la chef Deborah VanTrece, portant sur le r\u00f4le du multiculturalisme dans la gastronomie d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui. Cette conversation sera anim\u00e9e par Mike Jordan, r\u00e9dacteur en chef de l&rsquo;Atlanta Journal-Constitution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 19 heures, nous d\u00e9couvrirons le menu d\u00e9gustation de 8 plats pr\u00e9par\u00e9 par les chefs Deborah VanTrece et Hugues Mbenda. Chaque chef \u00e9laborera un hors-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre et quatre plats inspir\u00e9s du livre de V\u00e9rane Fr\u00e9diani<em>, Marseille cuisine le monde<\/em>.
